I'm not sure who you are responding to here rob, but if its me, where did I say $10 was an exit? Where did I say POET would ever accept a low ball over? Not what is being discussed here. People are so fixated on exit prices and high valuations that they are completely losing the context of the conversation/argument. I don't think $10 is ever an exit point. I don't think it will get acquired for that if there was a buyout. I believe it will be much higher. I was correcting a point that any acquirer putting in an offer on top of the current share price of $2.50 would not come in with a premium of 4x the curent SP.
