Given previous press releases by the company, it was stated that achievement of MS8 (100nm for PET) was progressing nicely with target of end of April given. As the Doctor will be presenting on April 28th, i would expect this to be achieved ahead of this date.

As for a PDA, this may be divulged in line with MS8 being accomplished. Potentially even a military contract.
