Yes, and I assumed only the .35 warrants were exercised for the total proceeds number. It is quite possible that .some 75 warrants were exercised, providing even more money to the company.

The rise in SP/market cap is absolutely stunning when one considers the share count has doubled since the last all-time SP highs.
