It is a screen capture. I have seen this behaviour before. People (probably no premarket data) have bids in prior to market open and haven't adjusted them. The low ballers will be taken out at open. Your numbers probably show a complete match of the sum of the low ballers ask to 2.31 with the match of offer at 2.31
