Scary, i'm sure this has to do with listing on the NASDAQ but rather with some of the recent reports released regarding:

- the fact that R&D to salaries ratio is minimal

- that certain individuals involved in the company have a shaddy past

- that company still lacks a commercial product

- etc.

but you are right, listing on the NASDAQ is not the be all end all.
