I totally agree Scary. I'm not discounting this risk at all. Was just pointing out that - on the flip side - there are examples out there of initial investors getting full value (albeit in this case private investors).

Given PTK operates in a much different and larger industry environment than WhatsApp, this could also work to our advantage if played right by management.

If the core group of investors for PTK have strong hands, and own over 50%+ of the company, then the risk of being taken out early is diminished. That said, we are all still waiting for the Shareholder Protection Plan they mentioned they would be working on some months ago.
