I for one would like to give my proxy to one of the principles on this board to vote at the AGM which I am unable to attend.

This raises the interesting possibility of just what corporate muscle this board's joint holdings represents and what sort of voice that would give us as a group.

Having some company secretarial experience I know that organising a common voice would have some issues but I would be most interested in the views of others here regarding the value and possibility of doing this as there is some hope of achieving something in the time available.
