Usually acquisition prices and the like are given in USD. POET Technologies, though being a Canadian company, also balances in USD.
So we would have
- USD 10 billion = EUR 7.3 billion
- USD 47 = EUR 34
- USD 70 = EUR 51
And since USD 1.00 equals CAD 0.916 the order of magnitude is the same anyway, so why bother. ;-)
