Thanks Maing, that's very interesting.

Rainer is "very into" POET now.

That being said if he knows what he's talking about (I assume he does) then I like this in what he had to say

  • In the time window may also fit the Pellegrino Report 2.0 into a monetary valuation of POET Technologies.Three years ago, the consulting firm Pellegrino & Associates had prized the POET process with a billion dollars.Today, the desperation of the CMOS manufacturer is significantly larger and the potential applications of POET chips also.Accordingly, the evaluation result will be higher. This result to 212 million shares (after the exercise of all options) to be converted and to determine the difference from the current share price, is any left to itself.
  • Some also counts with a takeover of POET Technologies by a multibillion-dollar buyers like Apple, Samsung, or any other semiconductor companies.Personally, I hope that did not take up, at least not yet.Because at the present time most investors POET Technologies have not yet even understood on the screen or.A premature takeover could therefore lead to a much too low selling price. Also for the Pellegrino review is important because it would represent a lower limit for takeover bids. Would be optimal for investors, of course, a bidding war that would screw the purchase price to a value well above the Pellegrino estimate."

This means that Pellegrino report will be a base (miminiun) starting point for negotiations. I like that

Also I like the fact that he is saying expect something big from Dr. Taylor on Apr. 28 and exspect most of the lined up ducks to be shot before that date even up to, and encluding the date of, the presentation.
