Hostile take over attempts often include some accumulation beforehand. So unless Pinetree is planning that...we haven't seen any evidence of one entity buying a big whack of shares. At least not yet. And we don't know about the whole anonymous thing, or whether certain institutions are fronting someone else.

I'm not going to worry about that possibility for now.
