how far removed do Pelligrino team members friends, relatives or family have to be, to not constitute a conflict of interest situation ...???

they have to be at least 2 blocks away or live in the next township....except in cases of cousins marrying cousins, thats allowed with no distances recommended (according to anchient Appalachian Law). :)
