TDK's are complicated. Time consuming. Select potential PDA's aiding with this milestone. Signing of NDA's required prior to documentation release. Great if they disclose completion directly but other factors may stop release of news directly. Regardless, could happen anytime. Of course, I believe any delay in reporting is for a valid, profitable reason.
