Can't totally take issue with the guy because I agree with him on this:

"Because if it actually *worked* as advertised, Apple, TSMC, Intel, Samsung, ASML, Applied Materials, GlobalFoundries, IBM, UMC, or the mainland-China conglomerate (forget their name) would have snapped the tech up *already."

Well they haven't snapped it up already because it hasn't been shown to work as advertised, yet. But if and when they do show it to work as advertised just watch the snapping then! We'll know soon enough.
