Almost sounds suspicious..

I'm sure the company wants to have some stability with the share price, especially if they are talking with potential suitors.

Not complaining, I'm actually thrilled that it came back and I actually made some money on the shares I bought this week.

If news comes Monday, somebody knew today, or certainly weren't taking any chances.
