Yes, that is possible; the military side of the business was never really spoken of in "licencing" terms.

How Pelligrino values that will be very interesting.

Does POET have any obligations toward BAE regarding this technology? By obligations I mean do they have to sell it to BAE, or could they shop it around to say, the Russians, or Chinese, and try to sell it to them?
