for me is the 100nm PET. Once that is achieved, and is validated to perform up to expectations and is reproducable economically on an industrial scale, all doors open up and the sky turns blue. In an industry where the players are struggling to keep ahead of the competition a breakthrough of this magnitude will be impossible to ignore. The feeding frenzy could get quite spectacular.

Then let's not forget the fully integrated, fire breathing monster that they plan to let off the leash in the not too distant future.
