Pelligrino 1 - i s a template from which Pelligrino and Associates will work. They still need to assess the S/C industry ( ground work) as a whole. Define the revenues streams ( licensing) best suited for POET, solicit the state of PTK from the technical team/management and do the analysis.

This will not be a " copy and paste" report, it will be full analysis of the state of both PTK and S/C industry as it stands now.

3 to 4 months is a short time for this type of work and they will earn their keep. Pelligrino 2, I expect to be well north of Pelligrino 1. this report will certainly put a floor under any potential takeovers. (notice I did not use the word bu#$%$%). LOL. PTK will continue the licensing route until such time a syndicate/major decides to take us out.
