If the first Pellegrino report was $1 million bucks than don't you think the second one should be no more than half that considering all the leg work is done.

Regards to warrants I have a feeling a lot of those shares a bargained for (or they have a pretty good idea who's willing to buy and pay the price) long before they are excerised and they just go through the market to make it legal.
