An independant valuation such as this Pellegrino 2 report is very useful for a lot of reasons especially in our present situation. The company (POET) themselves need it to negotiate with whoever for wharever sale or contracts. The buyers (or whoever) need it to know what value POET has and a starting point for negotations. The shareholders (us) need to know what we have in case there is an offer or indeed an attempted take over. It will simplify a lot of things for a lot of people.

I mean I need to know for myself if my shares are worth $70 bucks or not ,right?
