I'm also concerned about a hostile takeover attempt without an up to date SRP, so I e-mailed Chris just over a week ago and this is what he had to say...

It's mapped out it just has to get voted and ratified which won't happen until the AGM. If things hit the fan, and anything weird happens I will make sure management understands that they can invoke an emergency extraordinary general meeting and get it voted on to protect investors.
