Yes it is pretty blatant IMO. IIROC will just turn a blind eye. It appears the shorts are in a hurry to cover. As TWG said, they don't want to be caught short in case Monday AM brings something that they cannot control. thus the need to cover NOW. If Monday comes and goes with no NR, then at least they are flat and the SP will waunder around this area until the next rumors start floating around the BBs.

You should see a strong push into the close for the weekend.
