We have a successful collaboration with BAE which has produced a unique tested commercial POET IR product. What is more the satements made by both Chief Scientists endorse the collaboration and Dr Chao by the use of the word 'are' is signalling that BAE is ready to sign up to a deal and as FJ indicates we will shortly have the relevant nnouncement.

Two questions spring to mind:

One, is do we already have development partners, I think yes as this was signalled in the form 20F.

Two, do we have potential customers motivated to purchase POET.

I like the definition of motivations which says that is is a factor of two things, the perception in an individual's minds that they have the capacity to achieve a particular goal and the perception that the rewards of achieving that goal are worthwhile. My point being that Peter Coppeti can and I hope will, affect both factors in the minds of any potential buyer at the GSF.

Negative motivation ' being left behind' has been discussed and is a powerful force But as regards Positive Motivation, I thnk this board may feel as I do , that we have some way to go here to convince buyers.

Partly in response to Mr Chu's offer requesting suggestions for what we want to see in annoucement and my own gut feelings; The annoucement I want from POET management is to supply the G Wizz technical facts about POET chip performance that make it the industry changing technology we believe it is. This is the news they seem to have been keeping under the covers. This will be the Positive Motivation for us sharehoders, potential buyers, our tech teams morale and the IT world at large.
