This would be a perfect fit for the work they are doing with NASA. NASA, as in the case of BAE, hopes to combine what would normally require multiple sensors into a single component. In the case of NASA they want to combine RF and optical sensors in a single aperture.

Wouldn't it be great if we had a NASA rep touting POET's capabilities soon after this announcement!
