Of course there has been thoughts and speculation that they are entertaining an offer right now. I would think this line of thinking has been going on in all stakeholder's minds for some time. I believe it has been reinforced with the Pellegrino report forthcoming. It was noted at the AGM that they would go this route - Pellegrino - if and when an offer - or offers, were in the works.

However, I would not expect any specific commercial deal to be happening until after the Pellegrino valuation - and I would expect there to be a consortium with upfront cash and a license deal associated with the buy. Why would you sell before the valuation? (Yet, I don't believe this precludes a military deal in the meantime).

We know there have been talks for quite some time with many of the large industry players, and it has been stated that the Poet paradigm shift is too big for any one firm to take on itself. There are many possible alternatives/scenarios as to shaping the buy, and I hope we will be pleasantly surprised at the valuation that will shape the final price, regardless of how many are involved or who it is.

Management has asked for a re-write of the valuation, and in my mind it can only mean great things to come for all here. This, along with the recent restructuring, the Form F-20 filing, the insider buying, and the possibility of a "name" CEO has us hovering at a buck only for short time I believe.

I'm sorry, I have no idea where this will end, and I will not even guess at this point. I have not sold a single share and don't intend too until I shake Taylor's hand, along with others who have seen the possibilities, and say "Thanks for taking me along for the ride." Would be nice to be shaking the hand of a Nobel prize winner!
