SevenODouble, using "achieved" and the plural "milestones" doesn't mean anything, since you would also use the plural with zero objects, like in "the soccer team achieved none of its goals". Or like in "milestones 5 and 7 were not achieved."

Still I hope these milestone are achived or will be achieved "shortly", but you can't deduce it from that news release.
