I agree that as stated in in the NR we would require a degree of inference to say that both 5&7 are certainly done, but we have enough evidence that they are very likely done and ready to be reported besides that one sentence. And to me, you have been making a big issue about this when you had the opportunity to keep the conversation civil. In other words, you are sowing discord on purpose.
