Vastly improved credibility, vastly improved liquidity and vastly improved visibility. It is the Americans and Nasdaq that drives tech stock valuations and the venture exchange is like a wild west seedy saloon in comparison.

Most Americans cannot buy Canadian stocks directly on the CDN venture exchange. And the volume on the OTC is minimal.

I would expect an uplisting to the main TSX board in conjunction with a Nasdaq listing as well, to reflect the company's maturity and development into a legitimate going concern.
