if that's truly the case, someone should
i) explain this apparent vote of market non-confidence from someone with the privilege of remaining a member of the Executive "Leadership" team.
ii) if there wasn't a legitimate reason (e.g., taxation), many might choose to encourage Copetti to fire his ass once and for all. If someone needs to second the motion, Mark's blessing shouldn't be too hard to get.
iii) if this is not an erroneous filing, was a blackout violated? or is this confirmation that a blackout does not exist?
iv) describe the very interesting price tag on the sale of $83.28 per share
v) I would tender my position at that price also, in fact I'll give a penny bonus for AON ... they're up for $83.27/share for the next 96 hours.
