Ok, look who filed in insider transaction: Mr. Sheldon Inventash.

He took 1,500,000 units (= common share + warrant) of the private placement.

So we know now that Pinetree got 2,775,385, and Sheldon got 1,500,000. The open question is who took the remaining 3,416,922 units.
