I am pretty sure that many potential suitors already have a very good idea of what we are worth. I don't think any of the big boys have been hiding their heads in the sand. They may wish that we think that way but you can be certain they know a lot more about us then they let on. How do you think the big boys got to be big boys, certainly not by ignoring small upstarts like PTK.

I do worry about a hostile takeover of some sort, and wish we had an updated SRP. Even an updated SRP won't totally discourage a hostile takeover if the acquirer wants us badly enough.

If our share price gets anywhere near or over $5.00 before end of 3rd Q/2014, I will be pleasantly surprised if we are still PTK (the same company that we are now).
