I'll defer to someone who understands the PP aspect a little better. My understanding was until it closes ( which technically it hasn't ) that to avoid questions from regulators the SP should remain no more than 25% of the PP price ? I may be way off so I'd definitely appreciate further comments on the subject. If today's SP ended at .81 for this reason OK but if not, WTH was that all about ?? Crzyhors
