If milestones have not been achieved by the latest this coming Monday, i would expect a statement by management as to their progress. Holding off on advising investors to me equates to poor management (not to mention making the same mistake twice). Hopefully things don't turn out this way.

Also, if anyone out there uses the PP as an argument for not being able to release any news than management should have had the foresight to close the PP earlier or make sure that it did not interfere with announcements to shareholders. Only common sense is all.
