The company communicated :-

"Both milestones are expected to be completed in the first 3 to 5 weeks of fiscal 2014. Significant progress has been made and both milestones are in the final phases of testing. Specific announcements will be made once the final testing is complete for both the Switching Laser Demonstration and the Optical Thyristor-based Infrared Detector and transistor combinations."

Loosen the reigns a little on expecting an NR within a day or two of the 5 week period.

Assuming the testing is completed this week, and I am confident that will be the case based on the bullish NR, it can only be expected that it will take some time, maybe several days, to get the necessary administration completed; technical and legal sign-offs etc etc pertaining to a NR.

That being said, I'm hoping and looking forward to another positive NR next week or perhaps even the week after.

There continues to be upward pressure on the SP in advance of the anticipated news.

The signs remain very bullish.
