Yes this is important and Management were bullish in their statement of first 3-5 weeks of 2014. A statement that oozes confidence.

We are in week 5.

So let us assume both are 'completed' this week.

Then I'd assume Management need to get Technical sign-off (from BAE that won't happen overnight) and then there's the legal sign-off process for the NR.

So next week or even the week after is very reasonable.

This is getting very exciting.
