When has this company ever reported anything first thing? I mean considering these reports are super technical, chances are they have completed the milestones. Chances are they have compelted them and then gone back and ree completed them doing further tests trying to get better yeilds.

Once all the tests are done and they are happy with them, confidenet enough that they can take them to market with design kits then then they have to do the technical report.

A technical report that probubly needs to be proof read 10 times and then sent to a technical proof reader before it gets published.
