And forgive me if this was already addressed...I've been trying to read as much as possible, but if a PDA partnership was imminent, why would they need a cash infusion?

Same goes for a potential military deal.

I'd also like to know what was behind Wednesday's 9 cent run-up? Surely it wasn't in anticipation of a PP NR.
