Last comment and then I'm done with the PP.

I understand why they did what they did, but don't agree with how they did it.

As far as the final paragraph:

The $5-million placement strengthens Poet's balance sheet and ensures that the company is well capitalized to enable it to continue implementing its strategy to monetize the Poet technology and increase shareholder value

I believe we've heard that before. Please don't put down those that have suggested for months that this type of event can't happen. It can, does, and may again.
