On the other hand, if they had waited a month or three, moved the SP higher by following through with the things that are supposed to be nearing completion then done the finacing at maybe 3 or 4 times the price. That would have been neglegable dilution and probably not nearly as disruptive to the SP.

It's not the end of the world but like many others here I feel less confidant in the BOD.
