30% royalty for what? that is absurd. What have they done to deserve that? Isn't POET paying for space there?

Why would they ever agree to that in the first place? With the dilution over the last few years and this royalty business, this massively reduces the potential SP that could be had here. Add to that further dilution that would likely occur by having a PDA or any other partner and by the end of this, you'll be looking at a fraction of the SP that is expected by many here.
