It is definitely something along that lines. Really when you think about it, if Poet was not viable the word WOULD get out and the SP wouldn't be where it is. There is no other logical explanation other than price control and an entity ( ies ) are taking a very controlled approach to obtaining as many shares as they can until the just can't hold the lid on.
