My post was principally about the valuation of POET Scary.
I am sorry that you feel I’m mad, though to be fair my wife is in total agreement with you there, when she sees how deep I am into POET. I am a enthusiastic glass half full sort of person and Scary is Scary.
However, to interpret the recent announcement of the imminent achievement of critical MS as well as getting within a smidgen of the 100nm target as madness rather than ‘delivering what they proposed, well almost’ , seems to me as if you have a totally different value basis for POET than I.
The judgement that the success of the POET management is based on where the share price should be at the moment, is in my view somewhat myopic. Its where the management are on their business plan that is important to me.
I accept that many watching the daily market trends and hoping to gain in the short term through a deeper appreciation of trading trends and that this means they inevitably focus on share price; the best of luck to them I say. But my view is that the real value of POET is ultimately the realisation of its potential by those in the marketplace for chips not shares.
The Tsunami is building up offshore and many are begining to realise this.
