It seems to me the part some are missing is the wording " employed by UConn ". As was posted the Poet team are NOT employed by UConn they merely lease the space. It seems yo me that the agreement made was 5% plain and simple. Now that they expect the new Pellegrino valuation to come in higher they think it is prudent to renegotiate. That's my take on it anyways. crzyhors
