all retail shareholders. I think a higher share value would be better for several reasons. IMO there is a very (bad) reason why the PTK stock price is being held down. Call it what you will, manipulation, accumulation, etc., it is being done for a reason, and I can't see it being beneficial for retail shareholders. The "poison-pill" aspect of the SRP is a life saver for retail shareholders if it comes to that, however it still will take considerable cash to purchase these so called cheap shares, what ever their price may be at that time. Would anyone know what the price of shares would be for retail shareholders if this in fact came to pass. Is there some kind of formula that determines share price in this instance.
