Derek, the number of exchanges do not matter. If the FD share count is 198 million, then an acquirer will pay out the amount per share in cash or a cominbation of cash/acquirer shares based on that number. The number of exchanges do not affect the buyout price of valuation.
It is the transfer agent for each country/jurisdiction that would handle the transfer of cash to each person's brokerage account from the buyer to PTK's shareholders.
The distribution of shares across the various exchanges doesn't change the actual share count.
