is probably a good fit and might well be one of the players in the POET plans. They pay their share holders a healthy div but looking at their financial they could us a boost from some cutting edge tech like POET represents.

Taipei, Dec. 6, 2014– WIN Semi. (GTSM: 3105) today announced its revenues for December 2013. On a consolidated basis, revenues were NT$652 million, a decrease of 32.10% year-over-year and an increase of 1.67% month-over-month. Revenues for 4Q2013 totaled NT$1,926 million, a decrease of 31.56% compared to 4Q2012 and a decrease of 23.65% compared to 3Q2013.
