Question - Who owns what shares?

Does anyone know who owns what amount of shares? in other words how many shares (what percentage) is owned by those at the lab, management, the investment bank, SI, free float?

I'm curious because if the majority of shares is held by management and those at the lab then the risk of being bought out (unless agreed to by management) is heavily reduced.
