I am basically thinking along these lines. I think the company is now on everybodies radar . I don't think, from a purely defensive position any one big player will let another take us out that easy. There is always that point from an initial offer for someone to trump it, not saying an SRP wouldn't be reassuring to us shareholders. But, there is an inherent safety build in, IMO. I believe any intial offer will be substantial, just to cut to the chase and identify the real contenters.
