It's the very real possibility that they could release a NR naming the JV partner/s that makes it a risky thing to play the bumps in the SP. I think achieving the 200nm is a BIG step. I've come to believe that their plans going foreward are always in a state of flux as they are treading on new ground with this, so I expect further adjustment in the future. I hope they can get some revenues or development support soon to stave off the need to raise more money which would = dilution.... We really needed this NR, mostly because we really needed an NR.
