Scary, I think this is why they mentioned formal project management is being instituted at the lab and whey they brought on Gagnon full time. They are keenly aware that the repeated delays are not helping their cause.

The other factor is the evolving nature of their discussions with potental PDA partners. That seems to be a very dynamic discussion.

I'm quite happy with the move to licensing. It may take a little longer than an outright (early) sale of the company as envisioned last year, but it will provide for much greater return for us.
