Yes, we've been through this discussion before, and I had to correct this point once before. Companies have a certain amount of time afterwards to report on financials. Please don't apply this to all news like completing a milestone or anything else material not related to financials. Anything that is material needs to be announced as soon as possible (and I'm sure there are ways around things to delay an announcement for days or even weeks). The regulations have been posted here previously. Don't have the link handy.

Just don't want anyone here to be mislead on what the actual rules are, and instead follow the "reader's digest version"
